Hedieh Tehrani (Persian: هديه تهرانی; born June 25, 1972) is an Iranian actress.^[1] She is most noted for willingness to play mysterious, stony-faced and cold-hearted women. She has received various accolades, including two Crystal Simorghs, four Hafez Awards, an Iran Cinema Celebration Award and an Iran's Film Critics and Writers Association Award.

^ Hedyeh, meaning Gift, is also transliterated as Hadyeh, Hadiyeh and Hediyeh. Although some pronounce Hedyeh (note the e instead of a), the latter pronunciation is incorrect in Persian, as it is Arabic. Hedyeh should be pronounced as Hed'yeh.
