Henk van Dongen

Henricus Joannes (Henk) van Dongen (May 9, 1936 in Delden – March 7, 2011 Vierhouten) was a Dutch organizational theorist, policy advisor, and University Professor at the Rotterdam School of Management and one of its founders. He is noted for introducing notions of process thinking[1] and social integration into (Dutch) organizational studies and practice.[2][3]
