It was previously owned by the Network 18 Group division of Reliance Industries but was closed on 24 May 2019 and sold to Skyblue Buildwell Pvt. Ltd. HomeShop18 is the only virtual retailer to have featured in businessworld list of most respected companies in India.^[1]
