Horst Paulmann Kemna (born 22 March 1935) is a German-Chilean billionaire entrepreneur. He is founder and chairman of Cencosud, the largest retail chain in Chile and the third largest in Latin America.[1] According to Forbes, as of July 2022 his net worth is estimated at US$2.3 billion.[2]
