Hualing Nieh Engle (11 January 1925 – 21 October 2024), née Nieh Hua-ling (Chinese: 聶華苓; pinyin: Niè Huálíng; Wade–Giles: Nieh4 Hua2-ling2), was a Chinese novelist, fiction writer, and poet. She was a professor emerita at the University of Iowa.
