Huang Shouhong (Chinese: 黄守宏; born June 1964) is a Chinese politician who is currently the Chinese Communist Party Committee Secretary and first vice president of the Central Institute of Socialism.

He is a representative of the 19th National Congress of the Chinese Communist Party and a member of the 19th Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Party.[1] He previously was the director of the State Council Research Office, from July 2016 to September 2024.
