Huazhou (Chinese: 化州市; pinyin: Huàzhōu Shì), formerly romanized as Fachow or Fahsien,[a] is a county-level city in southwestern Guangdong Province, China. Bordering Guangxi to the north, it is administrated as part of the prefecture-level city of Maoming. During the 2020 census, its population was 1,291,668, of which 472,746 were considered urban.[2][3]
