Hutspot (Dutch: [ˈɦʏtspɔt] ), hochepot (French), or hotchpotch (English), is a dish of boiled and mashed potatoes, carrots, and onions with a long history in traditional Dutch cuisine. Hutspot is also found in the Indonesian cuisine due to their colonial ties.[1]
