Illats (French pronunciation: [ilats]; Gascon: Ilats) is a commune in the Gironde department in Nouvelle-Aquitaine in southwestern France.
It was founded in the eleventh century.
Illats is part of the Graves wine-growing region. The Chateau Hillot winery is located here.
