Inopacan (IPA: [ɪno'pakɐn]), officially the Municipality of Inopacan (Cebuano: Lungsod sa Inopacan; Waray: Bungto han Inopacan; Tagalog: Bayan ng Inopacan), is a 4th class municipality in the province of Leyte, Philippines. According to the 2020 census, it has a population of 21,389 people.[4]
