Interior (Lakota: makȟóšiča otȟúŋwahe;[6] "Badlands village") is a town in Jackson County, South Dakota, United States. The population was 65 at the 2020 census.[7]

Interior got its start in 1907 when the Milwaukee Railroad was extended to that point.[8]
