Isaac Freeman Rasin (March 11, 1833 – March 9, 1907) was an American political boss as the Democratic Leader of Baltimore from 1870 to 1907. He helped run the Gorman–Rasin organization with Arthur Pue Gorman, which influenced Baltimore politics in the 1870s and 1880s.
