Angela Brookins-Gillispie (born November 24, 1976),[1][2] better known as Jacki-O, is an American singer from Miami, Florida. She signed with local record label Poe Boy Entertainment, an imprint of TVT Records to release her debut album Poe Little Rich Girl (2007), which entered the Billboard 200. Prior, she was known for her 2003 dirty rap single "Pussy (Real Good)" (more commonly censored as "Nookie"), which was followed up with her 2004 single, "Sugar Walls."

Her second studio album, The Lil Red Riding Hood (2009) was released through EMI and failed to chart. Throughout her career, Jacki-O has worked with high-profile artists including Timbaland, Busta Rhymes, T-Pain, Ghostface Killah, Ying Yang Twins and DJ Khaled. In 2014, Jacki-O retired from her recording career in favor of a career as an ordained Christian minister. Since then, she has written two books.
