Jacques-Roger Booh-Booh (born February 5, 1938) is a Cameroonian politician and diplomat. He was the Minister of External Relations of Cameroon from 1988 to 1992[1] and the head of United Nations Assistance Mission for Rwanda (UNAMIR).
