Jakob Chychrun (/ˈtʃɪkrən/ CHIK-rən; born March 31, 1998) is an American–Canadian professional ice hockey defenceman for the Washington Capitals of the National Hockey League (NHL).[1] He was drafted 16th overall by the Arizona Coyotes at the 2016 NHL entry draft. He has also played for the Ottawa Senators.
