James William Giles ARSA (4 January 1801 – 6 October 1870) was a Scottish landscape painter. Several of his landscapes were commissioned and purchased by Queen Victoria and members of the Scottish aristocracy.[1][2] He was a member of the Royal Scottish Academy.[3]
