Jamiatul Qasim Darul Uloom -il-Islamia is an Islamic seminary in India.[3] The Jamia was established by Mufti Mahfoozur Rahman Usmani, an Islamic scholar of India[4][5][6][7] in 1989 at the Indo-Nepal border, in Supaul, Bihar.[8] The Jamia also serves as a center for National Council for Promotion of Urdu Language[9] and National Institute of Electronics & Information Technology.[10]

There are 15 Qur'anic centres under the supervision of Jamiatul Qasim Darul Uloom -il-Islamia and 25 branches of the Jamia spread over the state of Bihar.[11]
