Jan Willem de Winter (23 March 1761 – 2 June 1812) was a Dutch naval officer and nobleman who served during the French Revolutionary and Napoleonic Wars. He is best known for commanding the Batavian Navy fleet which was defeated by the British Royal Navy at the Battle of Camperdown in 1797.
