George Jefferson "Jeff" Dwire (June 6, 1923 – August 12, 1974) was an American small businessman in Arkansas. He was the third husband of Virginia Clinton Kelley and a stepfather of former U.S. President Bill Clinton and Roger Clinton Jr.[1]
