Jehoram of Judah (Hebrew: יְהֹורָם, Yəhōrām, transl. "Yahweh is exalted") or Joram (Hebrew: יוֹרָם, Yōrām; Greek: Ἰωράμ, romanized: Ioram; Latin: Joram or Ioram),[1][2] was the fifth king of Judah, and the son of king Jehoshaphat. Jehoram rose to the throne at the age of 32 and reigned for 8 years (2 Kings 8:17, 2 Chronicles 21:20), although he was ill during his last two years (2 Chronicles 21:18–19).
