Joel Belz (August 10, 1941 – February 4, 2024) was an American publisher who was the founder of God's World Publications, which began with It's God's World for Children in 1981 and today also includes WORLD magazine, a biweekly Christian newsmagazine, launched in 1986; the World Journalism Institute, started in 1999; various websites, and a daily podcast.[3][4][5][2]
