John Bowne High School is a public high school located in Flushing, Queens, New York City, next to Queens College, City University of New York. It has an enrollment of nearly four thousand students.[1] The school, which opened in 1964, is named after the English immigrant John Bowne. John Bowne High School offers multiple programs including a science research program, a law program, a creative arts program, writing program, and an agriculture program.
