John Dwight Canaday (1945 – December 26, 2012) was an American serial killer who raped and killed three young women in Seattle from 1968 to 1969. He was initially sentenced to death for two murders, but that was later commuted to two life sentences, and he was given a third life sentence in 2004 after he confessed to the third killing. He died while incarcerated at Clallam Bay Prison in 2012.[1]
