John Walter Schuster (born July 29, 1994),[1] known by his stage name John Summit,[2] is an American DJ, music producer, and remixer. Summit primarily plays house & techno[3][4] and has performed at festivals such as Coachella,[5] Lollapalooza,[6] Tomorrowland, and Electric Daisy Carnival.[7] He has also performed at venues such as Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Colorado,[8][9] BMO Stadium in Los Angeles, and Madison Square Garden in New York. Coined as "the hottest name in dance music"[10] by Rolling Stone and "one of EDM's biggest rising stars"[11] by Variety, Summit is known for original releases, several of which have hit #1 on the US Dance charts, along with remixes and marathon DJ sets.[12]
