Jose W. Fernandez (born 1955)[1] is a Cuban-American attorney and diplomat currently serving as the Under Secretary of State for Economic Growth, Energy, and the Environment.[2] Fernandez previously served as the Assistant Secretary of State for Economic, Energy, and Business Affairs from 2009 to 2013.
