Joseph Archibald

Dr. Joseph Samuel Archibald, QC[1] (27 January 1934 – 3 April 2014) was a Saint Kittitian-born British Virgin Islander jurist, lawyer, registrar, magistrate, former Director of Public Prosecutions, and former Attorney General.

  1. ^ Archibald received an honorary doctorate from the University of the West Indies. Despite the social convention on honorary doctorates, he preferred during his lifetime to be addressed as "Dr Archibald".
