Joseph Cai Bingrui (Chinese: 蔡炳瑞; pinyin: Cài Bǐngruì; born 15 September 1966) is a Chinese Catholic priest and Bishop of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Xiamen since 2010.[1][2]
