Joseph Kingsley Baffour-Senkyire was a Ghanaian academic, politician and diplomat. He was the member of parliament for the Duayaw-Nkwanta constituency from 1965 to 1966.[1][2] and Ghana's Ambassador to United States of America from 1979 to 1981.[3]
