Juan Borja Tudela (May 17, 1935 – February 2, 2013) was a Northern Mariana Islander politician and community leader. Tudela was a member of the 14th session of the Northern Mariana Islands House of Representatives[1] and two-term mayor for the island of Saipan, the capital and largest municipality in the Northern Mariana Islands, serving from January 2002 to January 2010.[1][2]
