It is owned by Alfredo Plascencia, through licensee Lazer Broadcasting Corporation, and broadcasts a Regional Mexican radio format, calling itself "Radio Lazer". Its studios and offices are in North Sacramento.
KCCL has an effective radiated power (ERP) of 5,700 watts. The transmitter site off Road 104 in Davis, California, near the Willow Slough.[3]
