KFLR-FM (90.3 MHz) is a non-commercial, listener-supported radio station in Phoenix, Arizona. It is an affiliate of the Tucson-based Family Life Radio Network. It airs a Contemporary Christian radio format with some talk and teaching programs. Family Life Radio, launched in 1966, has studios on North Oracle Road in Tucson. Religious leaders heard on KFLR-FM include Jim Daly, David Jeremiah and Charles Stanley. Family Life Radio is not to be confused with Tennessee-based Family Radio or the Family Life Network based in Bath, New York.
KFLR-FM is a Class C station. It has an effective radiated power (ERP) of 100,000 watts, the maximum for most FM stations. Its transmitter is on TV Road in South Mountain Park and Reservation in Phoenix, amid the towers for other Phoenix-area FM and TV stations.[2] It has four FM translators to relay the station to communities in Central and Northern Arizona.
