KIHP (1310 kHz) is an AM radio station licensed to Mesa, Arizona, serving the Phoenix metropolitan area. It is owned by Wisconsin-based Relevant Radio, Inc. It airs a Catholic talk and teaching radio format.
By day, KIHP is powered at 3,400 watts. But to protect other stations on 1310 AM from interference, at night it reduces power to 260 watts. It uses a non-directional antenna with a single tower.[3] Programming is also heard on FM translator K275CP at 102.9 MHz in Phoenix.[4]
