Kahoku (河北町, Kahoku-chō) is a town located in Yamagata Prefecture, Japan. As of 29 February 2020[update], the town had an estimated population of 19,303,in 6267 households[1] and a population density of 350 persons per km². The total area of the town is 52.38 square kilometres (20 sq mi).
