Karina Ilgizarovna Safina (Russian: Карина Илгизаровна Сафина, Georgian: კარინა ილგიზაროვნა საფინა, born 28 May 2004) is a Russian-Georgian pair skater who competes for Georgia. With her former partner, Luka Berulava, she is the 2022 World Junior champion, the 2021 CS Nebelhorn Trophy bronze medalist, and finished fourth at both the 2022 World Championships and the 2022 European Championships.
