Katherine Keith "Kate" Hanley (born March 5, 1943) is an American Democratic politician in Virginia. She currently serves as Secretary of the Fairfax County Electoral Board.[1] She previously served as Secretary of the Commonwealth of Virginia from 2006 to 2010, Chairman of the Fairfax County Board of Supervisors from 1995 to 2003, as a County Supervisor for the Providence District from 1986 to 1995, and on the Fairfax County School Board from 1984 to 1986.
