Katrin Adt (born 8 May 1972) is a German business executive. She has served as the head of the newly created division Mercedes-Benz Cars Own Retail Europe (cars and vans) at Mercedes-Benz Group since July 2019 and previously CEO of the Smart car division from 2018 to 2020.
