Helen Kay Raseroka is a librarian who was born in Kwazulu-Natal (Sudáfrica) with Botswana citizenship.[1] She is a former President of The International Federation of Library Associations and Institutions (IFLA) from 2003 to 2005,[2] under the theme "Libraries for lifelong literacy".[3]
