Kelly Harrison Rankin (born 1967)[2] is an American lawyer who has served as a United States district judge of the United States District Court for the District of Wyoming since 2024. He previously served as the United States attorney for that district court from 2008 to 2009 as well as the chief United States magistrate judge of the same court from 2012 to 2024.
