Kentucky's 25th Senatorial district is one of 38 districts in the Kentucky Senate. Located in the eastern part of the state, it comprises the counties of Clay, Jackson, Knox, McCreary, Owsley, and Whitley. It has been represented by Robert Stivers (R–Manchester) since 1997.[1] Stivers has served as president of the Senate since 2013. As of 2022, the district had a population of 121,125.[2]
