Khalil al-Hayya (Arabic: خليل الحية) is a Palestinian politician who has served as the deputy chairman of the Hamas Political Bureau since August 2024, succeeding deceased Saleh al-Arouri. He also was elected to the Palestinian Legislative Council since January 2006 as a representative of Gaza City. He resided in the neighborhood of Shuja'iyya.
