Kilwa Masoko or Masoko is an administrative ward in Kilwa District of Lindi Region in Tanzania. The ward covers an area of 200 km2 (77 sq mi),[1] and has an average elevation of 11 m (36 ft).[2] The ward is also the capital of Kilwa District. According to the 2012 census, the ward has a total population of 13,601.[3]
