L. J. Shelton (born March 21, 1976) is an American former professional football player who was an offensive tackle for 10 seasons in the National Football League (NFL). He was selected by the Arizona Cardinals 21st overall in the 1999 NFL draft. He played college football at Eastern Michigan.
Shelton also played for the Cleveland Browns, Miami Dolphins, and San Diego Chargers.
