Lancaster Independent School District is a public school district based in Lancaster, Texas (US). The district serves most of the city of Lancaster, a small portion of Dallas, a small portion of the city of Hutchins, and the census-designated place of Bear Creek Ranch.[1]
In 2010, the school district was rated "academically acceptable" by the Texas Education Agency.[2]
