Lexi Donarski (born January 11, 2002) is an American college basketball player for the North Carolina Tar Heels of the Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC). She previously played for the Iowa State Cyclones, where she was named the Big 12 Conference Defensive Player of the Year in 2021–22.
