Li Yu (politician)

Li Yu (May 12, 1906 - May 30, 1986, Chinese: 黎玉), formerly known as Li Xingtang (Chinese: 李兴唐), was born in Guo County (now Yuanping), Shanxi Province.[1] He was a politician in the People's Republic of China, where he held the positions of Vice Minister of the Eighth Ministry of Machinery Industry and Vice Minister of the Ministry of Agricultural Machinery. He served as an alternate member of the 6th Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Party, and the Third, Fifth, and Sixth Standing Committee of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC).[2][3]
