On release, it was fifth on Amazon's best-selling non-fiction books and nineteenth for all books.[3] For the week ending April 29, 2011, it was fourth on the Wall Street Journal's Best-Seller List.[4] It debuted at #3 on the New York Times non-fiction hardcover best-seller list on April 29 and stayed there the week of May 8.[5][6]
