Lillian Blauvelt

Lillian Blauvelt ca. 1890s

Lillian Blauvelt (1873–1947)[1] was a popular opera singer in New York City and internationally in the first decade of the 20th century. Her voice was a lyric soprano with a very pure timbre and dramatic distinction. Her vocal range was from G to D.[2] She was from Brooklyn, New York, and eventually toured every country in Europe.[3]
