Liu Xiaoming (Chinese: 刘小明; born September 1964) is a Chinese professor and politician, currently serving as governor of Hainan province. He was the former deputy party secretary of Guangxi from 2021 to 2023.
He is a representative of the 20th National Congress of the Chinese Communist Party and a member of the 20th Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Party.[1][2]
