Loha is an Indian Hindi language action crime superhero film directed by Kanti Shah. The film features cast including Dharmendra, Mithun Chakraborty, Shakti Kapoor and Mohan Joshi.[2][3] The title of this movie was initially as Jung Ki Awaaz.[4] Govinda and Manisha Koirala make cameos as themselves. The film has no connection with the 1987 film of the same name, which also starred Dharmendra.
Loha released worldwide on 17 October 1997, and received mainly mixed reviews from critics. Commercially, it was an average grosser. It is now considered to be a cult classic falling in the so bad it's so good category, along with Gunda (1998) which was also directed by Shah and starred Chakraborty in the lead role.
