Long Story Short is a 2021 Australian romantic comedy film written and directed by Josh Lawson about a man who wakes up the morning after his wedding to discover that every few minutes he is jumping forward in time. Produced by See Pictures, with financial backing by StudioCanal, Screen Australia, Create NSW and Spectrum Films,[4][5] it was released on 11 February 2021 in Australia by StudioCanal and in the United States by Saban Films on 2 July 2021. It is loosely based on the Indian film Baar Baar Dekho (2016).
